In todays competitive corporate world it is the manager who plays the major role of synchronizing and co-ordinating  his associates and partners energy and efforts towards accompluishments of organsational goals. He  can do emulating Arjuna in certain respects.
Arjuna was an ultimate warrior full of dynamism and action. He had totally surrendered his ego. If managers could shed their ego and learn even from their subordinates and associates, the experience could be enriching.
