Lesson for arjuna

Arjuna hearing about his son's death resolved to take revenge on Jayadrata who was responsible for luring him away from the spot pf the Chakra vyuha. he vowed that he would smash Jayadrata's head to pieces before the sun set taht day.Jayadrata however , hearing about Arjuna's resolve, went into hiding..

Time was running out and Arjuna was preplexed. it was
Krishna's startegy hid the sunb behind clouds .believing that the sun had set . Jayadrata came out of the hiding the sun and arjuna killed Jayadrata.

The lesson for Arjuna here was that targets and time limits should not be set when emotions are runniing high. Further, arjuna could not concentrate on teh strategy to kill Jayadrata , having one eye always on teh sun.

Wise Managers must study the prevailing situations keenly and take decisions appropriate to the need of the hour, In a world becoming increasingly smaller thatnk s to rapid global communication this ability has nurtured by managers.
Managers will definitely benefit alot from Arjuna's wisdom.

THUS WE CAN SAY, "A KIND WORD CAN BE A CATALYST OF GROWTH, INPERSONAL AS ALSO BUSINESS LIFE."

Today’s leaders often lack decision making power… the basic principle of modern management is not just coordination but scanning the environment with precision and taking decisions that which is wise…

Arjuna’s concern was wider than self-interest. Today’s managers need to remember that flexibility accommodation and empathy seldom fail to make an intransigent person responsive.

Today organisations are looking for managers who have the capapcity tolearn from their surroundings and continuously adopt themselves. further, organisations are looking for students who are like Arjuna in the modern day corporate Mahabharatha.

Arjuna learnt from Dronacharya his Guru not he gave him special attention it is just because Arjuna was active learner. To be good manager one should learn continuously otherwise he would stagnate . continuous learning helps one to be creative in solving problems active learning, a keen desire to learn something new everyday, will differentiate managers from others.

Managers should be focused like Arjuna who was only student who took the initiative of going Drona and asking him to teach the skills required for entering Chakra vyuha and remained focused on his objective of being the greatest archer in the world.

LESSONS FROM ARJUNA FOR TODAY'S MANAGERS

What set him apart from otherswho also learnt the same guru?
“You are what your deep driving desires is . as your desire is so is your will deed is so is your destiny.”is so is your deed, as your

In todays competitive corporate world it is the manager who plays the major role of synchronizing and co-ordinating  his associates and partners energy and efforts towards accompluishments of organsational goals. He  can do emulating Arjuna in certain respects.
Arjuna was an ultimate warrior full of dynamism and action. He had totally surrendered his ego. If managers could shed their ego and learn even from their subordinates and associates, the experience could be enriching.

CONTINUOUS LEARNING
“ I know everything” these are the three most frightening words you can hear in the corridors of management colleges. In a fast changing dynamic worlds can we say we know everything?
Or can we say we have reached a stage where there is no need for us to learn or unlearn?

Path

In olden days all our ancestors used to protect the realized souls and paid respect to them. At times they used to do just arguments('Vadha' or destruction)
If one power rises in the world at any time the others will lose their importance when another power comes to a higher position the other will lose its importance

The Great Father: The Lord Krishna says...
"Parithranaya sadhoonaam Vinaasaaya cha Dushkritaam Dharma Samstaapaanaarthaya Sambhavami yuge yuge "

To protect the great souls who are always engaged in propagating Dharma and destroy the bad elements to keep up Dharma all over the Universe. The Father (Lord) came in every yuga to tell us the truth without Great Souls on this heavenly Earth there will be no humanity. Without Vedas,  manthras there will be no humanity. It exists only Because only because of great souls and the vedas on this Earth ...

The Spiritual Path which great souls took part and made us to dip into it ...We cannot judge the sea by seeing the outward appearance of the waves. Similarly you cannot judge things by the outward appearance of them. In the heart of common people like us, we got to see the depth of the sea. Great souls left the place for us and path will lead us  ....

If we plant a tree and water it we should wait for the fruits to come at the appropriate time. Just because of our pouring water we cannot get the fruits immediately. We should wait for the proper time…

God should be the Goal of life. We need money and other comforts but that shuld not be the goal of life. If the aim of life is clear , guidance and the PATH will definitely lead us and it will come to us one day…

Divine Blessings

My  Friends,
This I learnt at the feet of many devotees ..
the Divine Name of Lord Krishna,

Whatever we do where ever we are,
Just like maruthi to Lord Rama ,arjuna to lord Krishna
Thinking of lord Krishna and to do our actions in this world.

At every stage we face problems-today one problem , tomorrow another day after yet another and on of facing these problems, often dejected, disappointed and psychologically sick .

if we don’t remember !! never forget the divine name to chant, if we are psychologically sound and are remembering the divine name, may be, we may feel a little of some of the problems. Even then the intensity with which we feel it if we don’t have faith in god is much more than that of a man of faith- whatever the form we choose just faith on divinity is important for us to get along with daily life.
